Nedda is a SoCal native, with a passion for fine taste, fine arts, and fine events. It’s hard to pinpoint when Nedda’s passion for wedding and event planning started. As a young girl, she often pestered her mother to let her help with parties, even if that meant everyone was going home with a roll of stickers and unicorn pool toys. This grew into her love of envisioning dynamic designs that she brings to life with precision and devotion, all the while keeping each curled hair on the head in a perfect place.

In college at Loyola Marymount University, Nedda was head of recruitment for two years and head of the Sisterhood Committee, planning multiple events year-round for her chapter of 150 women of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.

She was known around campus for transforming a plain 200 person classroom into an Italian garden or even the auditorium into a white and gold dream, setting into motion a love affair with event design and coordination.

After graduating in 2007 at the top of her class with her B.A in Communications, Nedda began her Masters in Business Administration at the Claremont Drucker School of Management.

She worked with the class council to execute over 45 back to back events and set records in fundraising for the school and has stayed on as an active alumna since earning her MBA in 2011.

In 2012 Nedda began Konsulting. Kavoossi Konsulting started off as just an idea to Konsulting in the business and management space and grew into consulting for various industries. Business consulting is still a significant part of Nedda’s day to day activities as she manages and consults for companies with operations of over 150 employees over three continents.

In 2014, the love of Nedda’s life proposed to her! Outside of her excitement as a new fiancé, Nedda was giddy once she realized that she was about to plan events around her upcoming wedding. It was through planning her own bridal shower, rehearsal, wedding, and day-after brunch that Nedda realized this was her true calling and where could make a difference.

She started small, assisting on other events, and learning directly from vendors. But soon enough, Nedda had enough knowledge and experience to create, source, and actualize events varying from business conferences to 650-person weddings.

Nedda’s style of planning is different: her warmth and genuine care make her clients feel like they are friends! She becomes your confidante and guide, helping you through the confusing and stressful planning moments, and celebrating the wins and accomplishments right alongside with you.

Her enthusiasm to define and execute your voice and vision enables Nedda to not only bring your dreams to life but to do so in a bold and creative way. She has garnered a high level of trust and respect in the community, embracing her clients and really working to make sure every detail of their ideas is respected while providing transparency and education along the way.

Nedda’s love for her clients combined with executing seamless events is the passion that drives her.
